Federal Guidelines

The Wage and Hour Division is committed to protecting and enhancing the welfare of workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, provide critical worker protections regarding wages and hours worked and job-protected leave during the pandemic. The CDC monitors the safety of all COVID-19 vaccines – in addition to all other vaccines – after the vaccines are authorized or approved for use. 

State Guidelines 

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Wear a mask to protect yourself and others and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from others who don’t live with you.
Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated spaces. The more people you are in contact with, the more likely you are to be exposed to COVID-19.
Get a COVID-19 vaccine when it’s available to you.

Our Guidelines

We follow the federal and state guidelines. Therefore, we have implemented Zoom and Teams teleconference calls where we can communicate face to face without having to be in the same room as us and our clients. Our clients are can scan and email their documents to us using secured emails. We will review the records, prepare the returns and securely email them back to the client’s password protected.  This will keep us and the clients safe during these trying times.
